PEARLAND, Texas – A missing Pearland teenager was found safe on Sunday after an Amber Alert was issued for him, according to the Pearland Police Department. 17-year-old William Sieh was located by police. He was initially reported missing on Feb. 14 at approximately 8:30 p.m. before he was found.
