BECKHAM CO., Okla. (KSWO) – A man from Houston is accused of leading Highway Patrol units from both Oklahoma and Texas on a chase that crossed state lines. David Thomas is accused of endangering others while eluding and obstructing officers for the alleged incident. He also faces extradition to Missouri where he has a warrant out for his arrest.
