BAYTOWN, Texas – All of Harris County was under a heat advisory on Sunday and Monday. And it’s not just taking its toll of people. Roads are feeling the heat, as well. That includes a road in Baytown that buckled, apparently from the heat. Samantha K. shared video that showed a big issue with Highway 146 near Main Street.
