HOUSTON – Houston police said they’re looking for a 22-year-old man who has been missing for days after a night out with friends. Kenneth Cutting’s parents are worried. Police said they were told the last place Cutting was seen early Saturday morning was in downtown Houston. Since then, he hasn’t been seen or heard from.
