HOUSTON, Texas – An adult male is in custody following a weapons disturbance in the 12700 block of Justin Trail, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Deputy Angel with Constable Mark Herman’s office reported that the male homeowner displayed a shotgun at a young adult male who was soliciting in the neighborhood. The suspect has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
