A high-speed chase tore through the streets of southwest Houston on Friday, ending in the arrest of two suspected “jugging” criminals and the injury of two Houston police officers. FOX26 Houston reports that the pursuit commenced around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of I-610 and Wayside, following an individual’s report that he was being followed after leaving a bank off the East Freeway.
