HOUSTON, Texas – A traffic stop led to the arrest of a man in possession of a stolen firearm and marijuana, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. On July 30, 2024, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12900 block of Jones Road. The driver was identified as Kendall Williams. Further investigation revealed that Williams was in possession of marijuana and a firearm reported to be stolen.
