CenterPoint Energy crews were out trimming, cutting and removing high risk vegetation in the Acres Home area as part of their new Greater Houston Resiliency Initiative. “We’ve used aerial imagery, basically from satellite imagery, to go and identify the most critical vegetation areas,” said Brad Tutunjian, the Vice President of Regulatory policy at CenterPoint.
