HOUSTON, Texas – A woman was arrested after attempting to sell a stolen vehicle online, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. On August 7, 2024, investigators from Constable Mark Herman’s Criminal Investigations Division and Patrol Division looked into a stolen vehicle report. They received information that the stolen vehicle was being sold online and that a potential buyer and the suspect were meeting at a local bank in the 12400 block of the North Freeway. Deputies recovered the stolen vehicle and apprehended the suspect, identified as Stephanie Castro.
