VICTORIA, Texas – Victoria County deputies arrested a 22- year-old man Friday.
Robert Washington of Houston faces charges of theft of over $300,000 from an ATM machine and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
He is in the Victoria County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
