HOUSTON (KIAH)-The Houston Humane Society is joining the 10th annual Clear the Shelters campaign to help ease overcrowding in shelters and make pet ownership more affordable. The shelter will offer 50% off pet adoptions and wave adoption fees for animals that have been in the shelter over 3 months.
