HOUSTON, Texas – Charges have been filed against a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man found at 12200 Bissonnet Street on June 26. Roy Lee Herring, 23, is charged with murder in the 338th State District Court. The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Edgardo Alcantara Estrada, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department (HPD).
