A Harris County fugitive who was recently added to Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Immigrants List has been captured, the Texas Department of Public Safety announced. Jose Miguel Zelaya-Ponce, a 20-year-old from Honduras, had been wanted by authorities since July of 2024 for aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.
