One of the Greater Houston area’s own has come back home to make history. Dr. Monica G. Williams has started her new role as the inaugural president at Texas Woman’s University’s Houston campus. The seasoned higher education leader began her role on August 26th, where she was formally introduced to the Greater Houston community. On her first day on the job, there was a pep rally-styled arrival held for Dr. Williams, and she was presented with a welcome banner and gifts from TWU students and faculty.
