HOUSTON – UPDATE: The Houston Police Department is reporting an arrest has been made in connection with the death of 21-year-old Muna Pandey. Authorities released a surveillance image of the suspect they were looking for. However, it’s unclear if that is the person that was arrested by authorities on Wednesday.
