HOUSTON, Texas – A man who has been on the run for 16 years in connection to two murders in Houston has been arrested in Mexico, according to the Houston Police Department. Juan Gonzalez, 44, is charged with two counts of murder in separate shootings that took place in 2007 and 2008.
