HOUSTON, Texas – Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman at 8237 Locksley Road around 8:35 p.m. on Thursday. The identity of the 25-year-old victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department (HPD).
