HOUSTON – Part of Hope Ngumezi’s southwest Houston home is now boarded up after a vehicle crashed into it Thursday night. “It felt like it was an earthquake or explosion and then, you know, my house starts shaking. And then from there, I just jumped up,” said Hope Ngumezi.
