HOUSTON, Texas – Charges have been filed against a 15-year-old suspect in the fatal shooting of a man at 4712 Lockwood Drive on July 22. The victim, identified as 36-year-old Itolia Jones, was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds next to a bus stop, according to the Houston Police Department (HPD). Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
