Tomball Man Charged with Aggravated Assault on Public Servant in Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Case No. 188653001010-3 filed in Harris County District Court, a Tomball man was arrested on September 25, 2024, and charged with aggravated assault on a public servant. Raymond Wesley Taylor Jr. is accused of unlawfully threatening a public servant with imminent bodily injury while the victim was lawfully discharging their duties.

The arrest occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m., and Taylor is scheduled for his first court appearance on September 27, 2024, in District Court No. 182. The court has ordered bail in accordance with Texas Code 15.17.

Taylor faces felony charges, and further legal proceedings are expected to follow.
