HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Law enforcement and family members have identified a teenager who was shot and killed as he drove to pick up his girlfriend Friday night. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the deadly shooting happened around 8 p.m. Friday night in the 23600 block of the Katy Freeway on the westbound service road, near the Grand Parkway.
