HOUSTON, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for answers in the tragic shooting death of 19-year-old Cody Johnson. Johnson was found shot and killed in the 23600 block of the Katy Freeway on the westbound service road, near the Grand Parkway on Friday, Sept. 27.
