Early this morning, at approximately 2:05 a.m., Houston police began their investigation into a tragic hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a 32-year-old male pedestrian. Occurring at 11200 Northwest Freeway, on the service road of U.S. Highway 290, the identity of the victim is still being determined, pending verification from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, City of Houston News reports.
