HOUSTON – A suspicious package forced the evacuation of a building in the Galleria area on Monday night. According to police, an officer heard a vibrating sound when they opened a package that was sent to the Saudi Consulate General, which has a suite on the 15th floor of the building along Westheimer at Chimney Rock.
