HOUSTON – A man is in critical condition after he was shot by someone who backed into the car he was in, according to Houston police. It happened on Windswept near the Southwest Freeway in southwest Houston a little after before 12:30 a.m. Saturday. According to police, two people were in a car in a parking lot when the suspect, who was in a truck, backed into the car they were in.
