Jeffcoat participated in a workout with Houston on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Jeffcoat signed with New Orleans earlier this year after going undrafted, then suffered a dislocated elbow during training camp. The defensive end was waived with an injury designation in late August, but he appears to be back to full health given his ability to work out Friday.
