Police officers rescued three dogs from a pond on Monday, November 4, according to the Manvel Police Department. Police said they received an early morning call that three dogs were stuck in the pond. Acting quickly, the two officers, identified as Sergeant Peters and Officer Garcia, were able to snatch the dogs out of the water and bring them to safety. “The dogs, who appeared tired and frightened, were brought back to dry land and given immediate care,” Manvel PD said. “The dogs are now safe and sound with their owner,” they added.
