HOUSTON – Authorities have a man behind bars Wednesday after he led them on a high-speed chase that ended with him crashing in northeast Houston. It happened a little before 12:45 a.m. when the Houston Police Department said they tried pulling the unidentified man over inside the loop near the Galleria, but he refused to stop and a brief chase ensued.
