Houston mail theft suspects arrested in Chambers County a day after feds announce $100,000 reward

HOUSTON – The U.S. Postal Inspection Service says two mail theft suspects from a surveillance video released on Monday are now in custody. The video showed thieves breaking into locked mailboxes at a west Houston apartment complex on Sept. 12. There was also video of them driving through a guardrail as they escaped and the license plate number was clearly visible.
