Houston won’t get snow, but these parts of Texas are in for a major winter storm this week

Greater Houston is waking up to freezing temperatures again on Tuesday.

For those who don’t enjoy cold weather, perhaps it’ll help to know Houston isn’t alone. Temperatures across much of the Lone Star State are deep into the 20s or colder.

Another freezing morning in Houston

The freezing air temperatures Tuesday morning were worsened by wind chill readings in the mid-20s. Before walking your four-legged fur babies, be sure to dress warmly, especially if they like to sniff every blade of grass before doing their business.
