HOUSTON, Texas — Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect or suspects involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of German Rodriguez Vazquez. The incident occurred on February 2, 2025, in the 8700 block of Westheimer Rd.According to a press release from the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division, the victim was crossing the street at approximately 11:35 p.m. when struck by a vehicle. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid, resulting in the victim’s death due to major injuries sustained.
