Food challenges are all over the great state of Texas and at some of them. The meal is free if you finish it. Some just do it for the bragging rights and maybe even some extra cash if you’re lucky enough at certain restaurants. Today though, we’re focusing on a food truck that roams around Houston with the most ridiculous challenge I have ever seen in Texas.
Yes, that would be a ten pound funnel cake from a food truck called Funnelocity. Looks like Kayce Ekpenike started making funnel cakes out of tent and has since upgraded to a food truck. Taking a look at her menu, she has nine different funnel cakes listed (and a order of fried Oreos). I think she has taken every one of her funnel cakes and just stacked them one on top of the other to make this into the most ridiculous challenge I have ever seen…
