‘He shot everyone’: 14-year-old girl who survived family’s killing testifies at Xavier Davis trial

A witness to Xavier Davis’ 2021 armed robbery-turned-triple killing entered the courtroom in pink — her favorite color.

Davis looked up and watched the 14-year-old girl, whom the Chronicle is not identifying because of her age, walk toward the witness stand clutching a similarly pink plushie. The 32-year-old defendant shook his head slowly from side to side and returned his gaze to a counsel desk. More than three years earlier, Davis shot the child, then 10, alongside her parents Donyavia Lagway and Gregory Carhee, and Harmony, her 6-year-old sister, authorities said.
