Deputies responded to a one car minor accident at the intersection of Beamer Rd and Hall Rd. Upon deputies’ arrival, they were advise by an eyewitness who observe the driver loose control of the vehicle and strike into a utility pole. The driver was then observed by eyewitness exit the vehicle and walk away form the scene to a near by corner store. Deputies in service the area and located the female near the area. Deputies detained the driver when observing signs of impairment, SFSTs were conducted and she was transported to JPC were a blood warrant was obtained. The driver was charged with DWI.
