Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old man that occurred in an apartment complex parking lot in the 3400 block of Ocee Street around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday (April 27). The victim’s identity is pending notification of next of kin.
According to HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Officer E. Camacho, officers responding to a shooting in progress found the man lying next to a white Toyota Camry with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
