What we know:
According to Houston police, the shooting occurred around 6:10 a.m. Thursday in the 8300 block of Winkler Drive, near the Gulf Freeway and Howard Drive.
When officers arrived, they say they found a male with a gunshot wound lying behind the purchase counter. He was pronounced dead at the scene.…
