Houston Police Seek Public Aid to Identify Suspect in W. Bellfort Convenience Store Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division is actively seeking the public’s help to ID a suspect involved in a theft from person robbery that occurred in Houston. The incident in question unfolded back on December 22, 2024, at a convenience store located in the 6000 block of W. Bellfort. According to Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the suspect is a male believed to be between the ages of 30 and 40 who was wearing a plaid long sleeve shirt and plaid pants at the time of the robbery.

During the midday heist, the complainant had just finished cashing two checks at the store’s counter. It was there that the perpetrator took his chance to forcefully grab the money right out of the victim’s hand. The man was then seen fleeing on foot towards an adjacent apartment complex. The Houston PD, who are still trying to find this suspect, have assigned case number #1773016-24 to this investigation.
