A Houston man is suing Whataburger claiming that in 2024 he had an allergic reaction to a burger with onions, despite asking for no onions, court records state.
Demery Ardell Wilson says he dined at one of the chain’s restaurants on June 24 before having an allergic reaction that caused him to seek medical help, records state. Wilson sued Whataburger on April 25 for thousands of dollars, claiming the restaurant was negligent when serving him.
