2 Texans arrested for alleged Purdue Federal Credit Union ATM heist

Two Texan men were arrested in relation to the January Purdue Federal Credit Union heist where a team of six robbers reportedly stole a Purdue student’s truck to then steal almost $135,000, according to prosecutors.

Houston residents Jacoby Batiste and Dexter Robinson were reportedly part of a group of six operating out of Texas that prosecutors even suspect their crimes are part of a criminal gang, according to reporting by the Journal & Courier.

Their typical routine reportedly is to rent a vehicle and travel to somewhere in the Midwest, targeting an ATM, according to court documents…
