Police identify Gilchrist double homicide victims and the suspect who died by suicide following chase

CHAMBERS COUNTY, Texas — The suspect in a Gilchrist double-homicide has been identified as Johnathan Findley, a 38-year-old man from Pasadena, who died by suicide early Saturday morning after leading deputies on a chase through multiple counties that ended when his vehicle crashed in Beaumont.

The victims were identified as Eric Dopp, 45, of Houston, and his daughter, Wisdom Hall, 24, of Pearland.
