HOUSTON (KXAN) — As Gov. Greg Abbott signed key bail reform legislation into law Tuesday, he declined to answer questions about one of this session’s high-profile bills.
Senate Bill 3 would ban all THC products in the state of Texas, including the currently legal hemp-derived THC products. At Tuesday’s bill-signing event in Houston, one reporter asked the governor if he would sign SB 3.
“It is one of literally more than a thousand bills on my desk…I will give all of those pieces of legislation the consideration and time that they deserve,” Abbott replied…
