HOUSTON (KIAH) — Nearly a week after shots rang out in a Galleria parking garage, Houston police say they’ve arrested a suspect.
Devon Sells was taken into custody Wednesday. According to police, Sells had two outstanding warrants for terroristic threats out of Hays County dating back to 2021.
