The brother of Houston attorney and former airline executive Jessica Rossman is offering $100,000 in exchange for information that leads to an arrest or conviction in his sister’s March death.
The reward is the latest effort by Jessica’s brother, Lucho Rossman, to get more information about her unexpected death in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He hopes the reward motivates anyone with information to come forward, as he said it’s been difficult to get answers about his sister’s death from Mexican authorities.
