During a routine traffic check on the North Freeway, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office apprehended Marcus McDay, a wanted felon. Early this morning, the officer stopped in the 16200 block of the North Fwy and identified the motorist as McDay. A further warrant search revealed that he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Houston County.
According to Precinct 4’s official Facebook page, McDay was sought for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony and has an open warrant for Terroristic Threat against a Family Member.
