Second suspect charged in fatal shooting at Houston apartment complex

HOUSTON, Texas — Charges have been filed against an 18-year-old suspect wanted for the fatal shooting of a man at an apartment complex on Redford Street in May. Javeon Washington, of Houston, Texas, is charged with capital murder and remains at large.

The victim, identified as 20-year-old Jermon Williams, was found by Houston Police Department officers suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot area of the complex.
