The Houston Police Department is appealing to the public for information related to an armed robbery that took place at a South Houston auto parts store last month. According to the department’s Robbery Division, on Thursday, June 26, 2025, an armed suspect entered the store located on the 8600 block of W. Bellfort and demanded valuables from both an employee and the store itself.
The incident, which occurred at approximately 8:50 pm, involved an unidentified male who wielded a handgun with an extended clip. After forcing an employee to surrender personal items and emptying the safe and cash registers, the man fled from the premises in an unascertainable direction. The Houston PD has officially listed the case under #832390-25, and they have provided a suspect description: a Black male, between the ages of 18 and 30, and measuring from 5’9 to 5’10, outfitted in black Nike apparel top and bottom.
