Most of these items were made by children for a July 10 fundraiser for Kerr County flood relief. Flooding in Central Texas took at least 130 lives statewide, with more than 100 people still missing in several counties as of Tuesday. These Houston children are aiming to raise $15,000, according to a poster displayed at the event and parents.
