Two teenagers, arrested in February and accused of plotting a mass casualty attack at Memorial High School, pleaded guilty to charges of making threats and conspiracy to commit murder, according to the FBI.
The pleas came in separate state cases in Harris and Montgomery counties, officials said. Both girls were sentenced to probation until they turn 18, agency officials said. The girls’ names haven’t been released publicly because they are minors.
