HOUSTON, Texas — A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting on February 3, 2025, in Houston. Demetrius Donte Jackson, of Houston, Texas, was arrested in connection with the death of 33-year-old Adam Broomfield.
Houston Police Department (HPD) patrol officers responded to a shooting call at 4500 Pershing Street and discovered Broomfield unresponsive with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a gas station at 7401 Cullen Boulevard.
