HOUSTON An undocumented immigrant in Houston has been sentenced to federal prison for his role in a nationwide scheme to sell fake Texas paper vehicle tags.

Emmanuel Padilla Reyes, 35, pleaded guilty May 13. He will also be required to pay $22 million in restitution.
